Where to begin... We've been in our home for 8 months.

It was incomplete when we moved in (master shower unfinished, cabinets unfinished, paint unfinished in both interior and exterior). I know there is usually a punch list of items to finish when a new home is closed, but this was so far beyond that I cannot even explain. The home looked like it was still under construction. We had already sold our previous home and had no where to live, so we foolishly closed on the home vs.

taking the massive hit of losing our security deposit (which I would have gladly done to avoid this purchase). Since then, we have had delays in completing all items above, leaks in the plumbing resulting in constant (seriously constant, no end in site as of 8 months later) work being scheduled and rescheduled, and electrical issues causing half the house to have no power. We've had floors pulled up and put back, cabinets rebuilt, and trim being completely redone throughout the entire house. I know the warranty people, I know the construction manager, I have them all listed as favorites on my phone.

The sad thing is, it doesn't matter who you know. They're all incompetent. They care, they just suck and building homes. They're so behind and disorganized, and their vendors they use are just as bad.

Actually, the vendors are part of the problem. This isn't a construction company, it's a bunch of business people trying to build homes with 100% sub-contractors. I don't know much about the home construction industry, but if that's what everyone does it's a miracle anything ever gets done. Anyway, stay away from these guys.

Buy a finished home, or a trailer, or go live in a tree or a cave. Mother nature will be less forgiving than incompetent builders.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
