We started construction when the company was CalAtlantic. Since the start we have had issues.

Our construction manager never showed up to the 'meet your builder' meeting because he was let go. We then received a new builder who started construction on the house until the acquisition of CalAtlantic by Lennar. Since then he has also been let go. Our home sales coordinator was also let go.

The current assigned home sales coordinator seems to only work 2 days a week, never answers emails and we have to go in person to get answers. Since March 19 construction has halted on our home. We have been calling the area construction manager every day trying to get updates and asking for him to schedule inspections. This is not how a company should operate.

I should not need to take time off my job to do their job. Members in the community have also had this issue.

We were told by current residents that no construction has gone on at all since the beginning of April. At this point we would love to know how to get our deposit back so we can take our business to a company that values it's customers and doesn't force the customer to do the job of the builders.
