Purchased our Home from CalAtlantic and reluctantly closed in early January 2017 after promises was made to have all noted concerns corrected in one week. Took three months to correct some of the things before we could move in. Still waiting on them to repair water leaks in garages, replace poorly installed window. installed wrong window, not to plan etc. etc.

Had warranty guy showed up (Don Smith) and every answer he had to our concern was "NO" As you could imagine it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out how to correct the issues but they seem to make everything looks impossible to do.

One of the three windows in our living room was installed 3/4 of an inch difference than the other two, it is very visible just looking from the inside you could see that they not even with each other but he (Don) had to use a carpenter level to very that it was incorrect.

If you are thinking of buying from Lennar you should think twice

Similar experience with Don Smith. Do not buy a lennar home, shoddy construction, all the workers are immigrants who cant even speak english. After you move in, numerous issues arise and warranty team is horrible.
